After looking on the internet for over a year , I located the Ford Sport Trac I had been looking for online at Car Web . I called to see if they still had the vehicle and they said yes -very professional and polite on the phone. I arrived at a busy time and the sales associates were all assisting clients but the friendly mechanic (Peter) immediately noticed us came ... right over greeted us asked if we had been before and how could he help us . I told him I did not see the vehicle on the lot , he checked and it was at the inspection station . Within minutes the owner introduced himself ,sent someone over to pick it up and brought it back for me to check out . That is awesome customer service ! It was exactly what I wanted so we arranged to come back in the am to discuss the purchase . The next am when we arrived again they were very busy however every associate that came in contact with us greeted us with a smile and offered us assistance! Amazing ..... then we sat down with the owner discussed our ideal plan and numbers and right in front of me ----yes he didn't leave to another room, he worked it up and woohoo my dreams came true ! They had the vehicle inspected , brakes needed replacing they took care of this and then I left with my new beauty (Onyz) After a day or two I noticed a noise in the dash , I called and spoke with Dan the Service Manager and immediately he said bring it in they checked it and said yes we diagnosed it needs a part replacement asked what was convenient for me and scheduled it around my schedule. This was such a blessing . They did everything they said they would and much more they treated me like a valued customer . I highly recommend this company to anyone . They definitely set themselves above the competion . Great Job !!!
